General Operations Manager
Hannah
Hannah has been a dedicated member of our team for 7 years, starting as a cleaning technician and working their way up into the office. Over the years, Hannah has gained invaluable experience in every aspect of our business and is passionate about supporting both our clients and our team.
Outside of work, Hannah is a proud parent of five wonderful children, ranging in age from 1 to 15. They stay active in their community by serving as the team mom for various sports teams and as a member of the school PTA. When not busy with family and community activities, Hannah enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.
With a deep love for helping others, Hannah is always available to assist clients and ensure their needs are met. They believe strongly that our technicians are the true VIPs of the company, recognizing that their hard work is what keeps everything running smoothly. Hannah is dedicated to appreciating and supporting the entire team while building strong relationships with our clients.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Dana
Hello, I’m Dana, the Director of Sales and Marketing at Linnsey's Cleaning Services. I’m passionate about connecting with our community and actively participate in Chamber and Charity events to build meaningful relationships that strengthen our local network. Relationship-building is central to everything I do, both personally and professionally.
Additionally, I love marketing. I create content for Linnsey’s Cleaning Services, ensuring our messaging resonates with both current and potential clients. I believe Sales and Marketing work together to deliver results and drive growth.
In my role, I focus on the commercial side of the business, working with large Corporate Commercial Construction Accounts and managing cleaning services for Corporate Commercial Properties. I ensure prequalification is completed, bidding is fair, terms and conditions are met, and we provide workspaces that are organized, clean, and productive.
Serving Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties, I value the connections I’ve made in our service area and look forward to continuing to grow Linnsey’s Cleaning Services and contribute to our ongoing success.

I am a proud wife, mother, and dedicated community volunteer, with the privilege of calling Auburn home. Giving back to my community is a passion, and I find joy in dedicating my time to help others. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, management, and sales, I’ve honed my ability to connect with clients and build long-lasting relationships. My approach is always to spread positivity in every interaction, because when you smile, I smile. I strive to ensure every client feels valued, listened to, and well-informed when entrusting our company with their homes. My goal is to provide the best possible experience, answering all questions and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Hello! My name is Madelyn, and I am proud to be the Field Manager at Linnseys Cleaning Services. I have a deep love for baking, gardening, and spending time with all kinds of animals. Music is also one of my passions, and it always brings joy to my day.
Before joining Linnseys, I lived in the Redding area, where I privately cleaned residential homes. I loved the sense of satisfaction that came from giving people a fresh, clean space. That passion for providing exceptional service led me to seek out a reputable, grounded, and reliable company to partner with—and that's when I found Linnseys Cleaning Services!
Since making the move to Folsom, I've truly appreciated the healthy, friendly work environment here. It’s been a joy to connect with and build relationships with our clients each and every day. I'm excited to continue growing with this amazing team as we reach new heights together!

When she's not training, Danielle is always looking for ways to improve our cleaning processes and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Her goal is to build a strong, skilled team that delivers great results every time.
