By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. Service agreements are established upon confirmation of bookings made through our website, phone, or in-person consultations.
Clients agree to pay for services rendered based on the agreed pricing structure. Payment methods include credit cards, cash, checks, or other agreed-upon methods. Cancellation fees may apply for missed appointments.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting our office. Rescheduling requires prior notice. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.
The Company disclaims liability for damages during service provision. Clients are responsible for securing valuable items. The Company maintains insurance coverage but is not liable for damages beyond the coverage scope.
Customer information is treated confidentially and in compliance with privacy laws.
Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our team and provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Either party may terminate with notice. The Company reserves the right for non-payment or violations.
Report issues within a reasonable time frame for resolution.
These Terms are governed by California laws. Legal disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
